Susanna Baldi

At the beginning of her carrier, after graduating in Architecture, she worked in Turin in an important real estate agency, specializing in prestigious properties, in the second home by the sea on the Côte d'Azur, Costa Smeralda and on the mountains surrounding Turin, Sestriere, San Sicario, Sauze d'Oulx, Claviere, Bardonecchia . In the nine years spent in this activity, she took over the managing of the Turin agency, which she ran in complete independence, simultaneously carrying out renovation projects for the properties acquired and sold.

She lived for almost three years in the United States where she consolidated her international vocation, perfected her English and attended various refresher courses in the IT field aimed at Architecture.

In 2003 she began collaborating with a leading company in the prestigious Real Estate sector, for private clients and corporate clients, for which she held the position of sales manager of prestigious residential and commercial properties. Subsequently, under the banner of maximum specialization, she followed the division oriented towards the sale of historic residences and period villas, selecting and reselling with the expertise of art lovers.

She has a strong knowledge of the market, the ability to bring out every detail of the Top Properties she deals with to enhance their value and the ability to identify the right target to which to direct the communications operations to facilitate the sales process. The degree and passion in Architecture are reflected in her work, attention to detail, care, exclusivity and excellence.
